This article covers Audit history, how to access and manage the audit histoy as a Trust Administrator.
Index Page
The index page displays a list of all of the changes that have happened within the trust. This will list all of the changes that occur within the Trust.
You can filter the page by the specific time as well as Operation (C = Create U = Update D = Delete/Destroy) and Entity ID (The ID on what has the history). You can also re-order based on the columns and download the results.
Pressing the history button at the Right hand side of the will give the full history of whatever you are looking at.
Entities Page
The Entities page limits the results of the search to a single type of result (ie work item) this allows us to show more of the information about the specific entity.
On this screen we filter by both the entity we are looking at as well as the dates. We can also filter by the various columns and sort by them too.
On this screen there is also the diff section on the RHS of the screen.
Pressing on this will open a new dialog which will allow the user to review specific entries and be able to see them transposed compared with the standard Horizontal format.
You will then be able to see the options which will allow the history page to be filtered to just the relevant rows.
