User Membership and Contracts

User Management:

The Memberships tab provides a comprehensive overview of all Memberships associated with the User, including Trusts, Departments, and the Rotas they are assigned to. This makes it easy to track the User’s involvement for administrators.

Use the Add Memberships button to assign a new Trust or Department Membership to a User’s profile. When adding a Membership, you can specify whether it is a locum Membership, ensuring the User is categorised correctly. Press the add Membership button to do this.

To add a Rota Membership you can also do this using the Rota management screen (Rota menu > Rota Members).

Contracts:

To access all of the User's contracts, go to the Contracts section of the User management tab.

Edit Button
  • This is where you can edit the User's contract.

Copy Button
  • This is where you can copy the Contract.

Contract Totals Button
  • This is where you can access the User's Contract totals.

Delete Button

  • This is where you delete the Contract.

History Button
  • This is where you check the version history of the Contract.

Note: When a User leaves the Trust or their contract ends, it is strongly recommended to apply an end date to their Trust membership or contract rather than deleting it. This ensures that historical events are not removed from the system.
