NHSe Job Plan Sign Off KPI

If your Trust falls under NHS England, and is therefore required to comply with NHSE e-Job Planning policy, you will need to meet several Key Performance Indicators for the board on a quarterly basis.

This article describes how you can report on the Job Plan employee sign off date and the first trust signatory. You can do so in 3 ways:

  1. HealthRota Job Plan List

    Access your job plans by going to the Job Plans Menu > Job Plans screen and use the list view to visually report on the specified fields such as Employee Sign Off Date, Trust Sign Off Date 1, Email, First Name and Last Name.

    All columns can be sorted and filtered as required. Note the full list of Sign off columns are listed here:

    • Employee Sign Off Date

    • To Sign Off (Name/Names)

    • Trust Sign Off 1

    • Trust Sign Off Date 1

    • Trust Sign Off Date 2

    • Trust Sign Off 3

    • Trust Sign Off Date 3

    • Sign Off Complete (Date)

  2. Excel Export of Job Plans

    Access your job plans by going to the Job Plans Menu > Job Plans screen and select the 'Download' button to export the above fields and more into Excel.

    When filtering and sorting the job plan list, the download will represent this data re-ordering in Excel

    To export a list of activities as well as the job plan details, select the 'Download With Activties' button
